• Write and publish content: feature announcements, community spotlights, how-to guides, and tips for HOA officers
• Run and monitor paid ad campaigns targeting Philippine HOA communities
• Track engagement metrics and adjust strategy based on what's working
• Coordinate with the design team to produce polished visuals for each post
• Build and nurture an online community of HOA officers and homeowners

• Experience in PropTech, SaaS, or community-focused brands
• Familiarity with Philippine HOA culture or residential subdivision management
• Basic video editing for short-form content (Reels, Shorts)

Shape how HOA PH looks to the world. From social media assets to UI components to marketing collateral, you'll be the creative force behind the platform's visual identity.

• Design social media graphics, banners, and promotional materials aligned with the HOA PH brand
• Create UI mockups and visual assets for new app features and landing pages
• Produce infographics that explain HOA processes, billing flows, and feature guides
• Maintain and evolve the HOA PH visual style guide and design system
• Design templates for HOA-facing documents (SOAs, notices, newsletters)
• Collaborate with marketing on campaign visuals and email graphics

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or equivalent tools
• Experience with SaaS product design or dashboard UI
• Motion graphics or animation skills for explainer content

Be the last line of defense before features reach real HOA communities. You'll test new releases, surface edge cases, and help ensure that what ships is solid, reliable, and intuitive.

• Test new features, bug fixes, and UI changes across web and mobile browsers
• Write and maintain detailed test cases and regression test checklists
• Report bugs clearly and reproducibly with steps, screenshots, and environment details
• Validate billing calculations, payment flows, and financial report accuracy
• Test role-based access controls (homeowner vs guard vs admin) to ensure correct permissions
• Perform exploratory testing to find issues before users do

• Experience testing SaaS platforms or financial systems
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Linear, GitHub Issues)
• Basic understanding of HOA billing, dues collection, or Philippine community management
